How much does a project cost?
Pricing scales with complexity. Most projects similar to the ones in our work land in the $8K–$15K range, with simpler ones lower and more involved builds higher. Monthly maintenance starts at $150/month and scales with the size of your app. We give you a fixed quote after a discovery call, before any work starts.
Do you do smaller projects?
Yes. Our main work is custom software (apps with logins, databases, dashboards), but we also do simpler builds: landing pages, website redesigns, and small one-off tools. Those come in well under our typical project range and don't usually need monthly maintenance. Mention what you have in mind on the discovery call and we'll quote it accordingly.
What does "you own the code" actually mean?
Contractually, the code is yours from day one. Practically, we hold it for you so you don't have to think about repos, hosting, or any of the technical pieces. That's what the maintenance fee covers. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, we hand over the keys: code, database, deployment, everything. No buyback, no negotiation, no friction.
What's included in the monthly maintenance?
Hosting, database management, domain and email infrastructure, SSL, security updates, and bug fixes. You never touch anything technical. New feature requests beyond minor tweaks are scoped and quoted separately.
What if I want to stop paying the monthly fee?
Whenever. We hand off everything: code, database, deployment, and a walkthrough for whoever's taking over. It was always yours.
