LINC Ministry Platform

LINC is a ministry incubator. They raise up venture leaders who are starting ministries of their own. The problem: the work those leaders were doing on the ground was impossible to see at a glance. LINC couldn't clearly show impact to donors or to themselves, and venture leaders didn't have a good way to reflect on their own progress. Whatever tracking existed was informal, inconsistent, and disconnected.

They needed something that served both sides. A tool simple enough for busy, not-always-tech-savvy venture leaders to actually use week to week, and structured enough to roll every leader's work up into a real picture of impact for leadership and donors.

We built a custom platform with two views of the same reality. Venture leaders get a focused weekly log, a consistent rhythm that makes capturing their work fast, not fussy. LINC leadership gets role-based dashboards that turn every log into a live picture of what's happening across the whole program.

Under the hood: multiple user roles, structured data models tailored to how LINC actually measures impact, and custom dashboards for each stakeholder. The result is a single system that gives venture leaders a sense of their own progress, LINC leadership visibility into the program, and donors a clear window into where their support is going.
